These pancakes are the KING of pancakes. Similar to popovers or Yorkshire pudding, these babies are baked in a cast iron skillet which give them a crunchy ring which encompasses a light puffy cake rich with a custard like center. They make a perfect edible bowl that can hold up to the most decadent of toppings.

We're family here and sometimes a small human decides what we eat---for every meal. Try our family's favorite food; so good it's even good for dinner-IF ONLY we were open for dinner. Try the breakfast classic eggs and toast, but if you feel adventurous try something new.

We're all about nostalgia here, there's nothing better to add to your meal than a glass bottled soda.

Italian sodas were made way back in 1925 right here in the US. We are happy to have a retired original Carbonic Bar from Chicago. We now have soda jerks ready to handcraft your soda. These sodas are cream based, served with whipped cream and of course a cherry.
